Get to Know the Publicity Committee!

We are excited to introduce our 6th grade Publicity Committee! These students have volunteered to run the 6th grade website and document classroom and school events. To help you get to know them, the students have written introductory bios about their fellow committee members.

Jocelyn

One of the members of the Publicity Committee is Jocelyn. She is becoming an awesome soccer player. She is ready to learn something new and have fun along the way. She enjoys watching Fuller House and listening to pop music. That is Jocelyn and she is now in the publicity committee .

Cooper

We asked Coop a few quick questions. He described himself in 3 words: Cool, funny, and weird. He chose the Publicity Committee because he thought it would be fun! He does not really want to take pictures, interviewing people, or stuff like that, but he is excited to run the website. For the last fact, if he could be anything when he grows up, he would be an artist.

Tristan

We welcome Tristan to the Publicity Committee! When he grows up he wants to be a professional baseball player or professional coder. We asked him what his hobbies were and he said he likes to do baseball and art. He does a lot of sports, as you can probably tell he plays baseball the most. His favorite TV show is Dude Perfect on Hulu or just their YouTube channel. When he answered the question “what kind of music do you like,” he said he likes anything but country, he likes classic music and death metal. He’s unique because he’s friendly. When he described himself in 3 words he said he is friendly, athletic, and fast-ish. The next question was why did he choose the publicity committee. He said he likes to ask people questions. There's nothing else he wants to share- bye!

Olive

If Olive could be anything in the world, she would be a billionaire. Olive loves to play softball, soccer, and baseball. If she could describe herself in three words she would say: sporty, funny, and clumsy. Olive has an amazing dog and she loves to play with her dog. Her favorite movie/TV show is Stranger Things.

Parker

When Parker grows up he would love to be a purple mattress tester. He loves baseball and cross country. He wanted to work on our Publicity Committee because he wants to work on our website which you are on! A cool fact about him is that he loves eating Cheez-Its and reading at the same time! He also takes piano lessons.

Benny

Benny is a cool nerdy dude that loves heavy metal music. He has no experience in the Publicity business. He loves dragons and learns stuff from his dad. He also watches Stranger Things and loves trying new and fun things. Benny will definitely be a great addition to the Publicity team.

Berkley

Her name is Berkley Jackson and she is in Mrs. McClain's class. She wants to be a dancer, dance judge, and a school teacher when she grows up. Her hobbies are dance, gymnastics, and piano. She used to play soccer too. Her favorite movie or show is Full House and Remember the Titans. She likes jazz and pop music.

Maddox

This is Maddox! He does soccer and he likes to play video games. He picked this committee so he can survey people. He likes calm music and he also likes to watch the office. Maddox would describe himself as kind, funny and fast. We are glad to have him on the committee!

Logan

This dude's name is Logan. He is unique because he reads more than he eats! His favorite book is Maze Runner. He enjoys listening to rock music and watching movies. Logan will be a great addition to the team because he enjoys taking pictures and has done graphic design before.

Cole

We are excited to have Cole on the Publicity Committee! He loves to write and be with friends. When he grows up, he wants to become a lawyer. Outside of school, Cole enjoys playing soccer and listening to country music. He would describe himself as funny, fast and crazy!
